After several years of acknowledgment in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Non-Life insurance platforms, we’re pleased to be one of just 14 Representative Vendors on the European market to receive this years’ rewarding recognition in Magic Quadrants’ successor, Gartner's Market Guide.
Gartner Market Guide is defined as a tool to help you "manage the risk of investing in an emerging market with insight into its direction and potential, (and) support the argument for allowing an emerging market to further evolve before making a commitment …" Basically, it's a big deal and we're thrilled to be a part of it.
But being recognized in the Gartner Market Guide isn't just about software - it's about the whole package. We want to give a big thank you to our teams, partners, and clients for making this success possible. We couldn't have done it without you!

Low-Code in Insurance is no longer a ‘Nice to Have’
The results are nothing short of exciting: a whopping 66% of insurance companies in Europe are already using low-code tools or evaluating the technology. This aligns perfectly with Gartner's prediction that low-code technologies will continue to grow in popularity.
So, what's so great about low-code technology in the insurance industry? Our survey answers this question and more. We explore the benefits, potential obstacles to adoption, industry-specific features that many report missing, and which solutions already on the market deliver these features. Hint: AdInsure.

AI is also used to create a better customer experience, for example, chatbots are very common throughout the industry to create a better customer experience.’’
But is it all daisies and rainbows and satisfied customers and less workload? Are there any cons? Don't take it just from us. We went directly to the source and asked ChatGPT: What are the potential setbacks for using AI in the insurance industry?
She/he/it delivered:
